100Bestbuy.com — Fraud on the name of contest

Dear sir, i was received a call on[protected] from customer care of 100bestbuy.com com service centre i have recording of this call. He said to me i have participating in a contest which is for sony xpreia z and i am short listed for sony xperia z in top 10 short listers i have to chance to win the sony xperia z but with the payment of 799 with the order of two mens t-shirts is order no. Is 33283410 with the fila brands which is full slave t-shirts one is black and 2nd is orange and also i have 100% cash back offer if i will not win sony xperia z i will get 100% cash back in my account in the terms of credit points but after some days i was received a courier on dated[protected] from blue dart courier service in this courier i was received two mans t-shirts with file brand this was not full slave this was half slave's and colour also not according to my order, i was call to customer care and they said to me returned the t-shirts we will pay you courier charges in the terms of 100best buy credit points then i was returned the courier and i order to replace my order with 100bestbuy website but i was returned the product through on dot courier service on dated[protected] and also i was reached in their address which is given by their executive through email i have trying to contact them many times but they are not pick my call and also no reply by them. I have received on 399 credit points in my account instead of 799+150 (Courier charges) = 949, and also i did not get my t-shirts till date i have all proofs i have call records and i have e-mails which is sent by me & their replies. Please resolve my problem early to early i realy thankfull to you...
Now i have recieved a courier from 100bestbuy.com in respect my order but my problem still pending i have again received half slleves t-shirts instead of full sleeves according to my order. I am again complaint against 100bstbuy.com. And i did not get full credit points i. E. 500 against my order as per your scheme and 150 for courier charges. I am coming for a justice in front of you with all evidence like recording of calls received from thier for joining in contest and details of my order and promise to pay courier charges by your customer executive. I was already upload all photo proofs in my last complaint but my problem still pending they have no fear of any campliant i filled with... Please help me to get justice...

i have already informed that i have received again half sleeves T-shirts from 100bestbuy.com & i have received call from 100bestbuy.com they are telling me to return back T-shirts to 100bestbuy.com and they will pay again pay me courier charges as credit points i.e. 150/- when they will have availablebility of full sleeves t-shrits then they send me full sleeve t-shirts i am very harrassed from this online purchase from 100bestbuy.com now i want to court case against them thorugh consumer forum please give me the insturction for court case against them now this is bad & fraud policy to increase the sale of their website thorugh credit points agaisnt courier charges i donot want to purchase any item from theri website i want to return my money back in my bank account or money order on my name. if i will return back the T-shirts with expense of 150/- courier charges and i will receive again in my credit points what is surety that they will send me full sleeves t-shirts and i will get my courier charges again in my credit points and this process running again again and again and my credit points will increase with my cash i have no choice without purchase from their web site. please resolve my problem hurry. i am very hurrassed from this online shoping. please get strict action against them.
