I would wish to bring to your kind attention that i had initially made a payment of rs. 699/- on 5th april 2013 towards samsung galaxy grand contest. Soon after i received a call from 100 best buy stating that my number has been shortlisted among the top 10 out of which final 8 shall be selected via lucky draw who all shall be receiving a samsung galaxy grand contest for which they asked me to further pay rs. 950/- towards moving to the next level of contest & also, they informed that i shall be gifted a belmonte wrist watch if i agree to pay the requisite sum. I was also informed that this 950/- shall be credited back to my best buy account alongside the initial payment of rs. 699/- I agreed to pay the sum & accordingly the watch was couriered via blue dart to whom i paid the sum of rs. 950/- the reference number being 20245548. Subsequently, neither was the 950/- credited to my account nor was i informed about the 8 contest winners among the 10 shortlisted numbers. I tried reaching out on your numbers for clarifications multiple times but, unfortunately there wasn’t any appropriate response for my query & the active call used to be disconnected tenaciously. I also had lodged complaints several times, few of the complaint nos. Being 5609479, 14013614 and 19251371. None of them were resolved but assurances were been of the essence. The amount is not imperative for me; nevertheless i expect a fair dealing. Trust legitimacy alongside the monetary loss shall be reinstated accordingly.
