[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — My mobile is not working

Hi, I have placed order a sony ericsson z610i with blue colour (which is displayed in your website). But it was delivered on 18.06.14( 5.50pm) with different colour (black).. Now that mobile speaker is not working. Only loud speaker has to use for the calls. i'm not satisfy with this product.. i want to replace this product. i have given the following details of my order.. Hello sir, I already send back that defective black color mobile (your courier service person came and collected product from my address) . I never seen, this kind of worst service. Last two month continuously I called(more then 100 times) to your customer service that you mentioned in the about replay. Same kind of replay only they said wait a some more days, some more days. i also waited long time.

This month 4th and 5th i called again, that time you said that mobile model is unavailable in your site. so your are trying to arrange for the replacement, again i waited for two days. after two days i called again, that time you said that the courier service is unavailable that why you haven't dispatched the product and Once we are dispatch the product that time the tracking number will my mail ID. so again waited a week,

But without any tracking number and information form your side, I received a mobile last week only (Aug-14). The worst things is the same defective mobile i received with same black color.

First, read the customer complaints, why the customer returning the product and what is the problem with the product and while re-sending the product for replacement your are not checking the product and your are not cross check with customer complaints.I never seen a product shipment has done without any tracking number. finally i received the same mobile( defective mobile, first time received na that mobile).

After that i called again(Aug-14) and informed that i received a same defective mobile, that time you said that you will send a new mobile to my address and that old defective mobile u will collect from me. so that i waited again.

But yesterday(Aug-20) i called and asked about the status of the mobile, then your are telling that the received old defective items i have to send to the product to concerned address present in 100bestbuy parcel. I'm asking one things, on Aug-14th itself i called na, that time why your not informed this kind of details and now your telling it. After long discussion with your team, then your given a conformation for getting my money back with in two days.

See sir, i wont send it again and again, i[censored] want please come and collect it from my address and i don't want any replacement for that. i want my money back now. This much delay for a single product is too.

Still one more day is there to get my money back. Please don't think to cheat me again.

As per your request, i tried to send the product, but it shipment cost goes around rs.800. so, I wont send it. first time mistake is acceptable, but again you send the defective product. its is not at all acceptable.
Refund my money and if you want, you can collect the product from my address. But, surly i want my money back.
