100Bestbuy.com — Need refund my amount

i have order one item in 100bestbuy.com website also i have paid amount online for that they have delivery wrong item with very bad condition so i have return to them also mailed about this to them but i didnot get proper response from them also i have got one mail from them on july-19-2014 after that i didnot receive any mail i need my money back from them

Hi,


these people are cheats and someone needs to take action against them.


I have tried Indian Consumer Forum, CORE, consumer complaints and nobody seems to be interested in solving the issue.


Could we get on a call, my number is [protected] so that we could collectively take some action.


i already have 10 customers who are cheated with amounts of 10k and more.


We need to do something or else this company is getting away with cheating and frauding customers.
