[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Non dispatch of ordered items dated 18th october 2014 till now | |||
An online payment of rs 10898/- was made on 100bestbuy.com for the below mentioned items and payments were made through credit card and through sbi net banking on 18th oct 2014. Even with constant follow up, the agency is not dispatching the items and each time indicating different reasons like the courier is not taking for the given location or the ordered product is not available and shall be done in next two days. Recently even i had given a new address of bhilai for dispatch of the items. But the agency is yet to dispatch the same and given any information.
