I bought5 pack shirts from 100best buy Paid cashon delivery but ihave not satisfied i will return same prouductTill now they have not dispatched Nor refunded my amount . i have been calling and asking since the day i order this. they say always we'll send and sometimes they just cut the phone I also sent so many mails to [protected]@100bestbuy... these people are cheats and someone needs to take action against them.
I have tried Indian Consumer Forum, CORE, consumer complaints and nobody seems to be interested in solving the issue.
Could we get on a call, my number is [protected] so that we could collectively take some action.
I already have a list of 10 customers who are cheated with amounts of 10k and more in the last three months.
We need to do something or else this company is getting away with cheating and frauding customers.
