[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Not refund online payment and placed order | |||
Dear sir, I was placed order and make online payment in 25 Nov 2013 on 100bestbuy.com for purchase online product, but getting a order cancelation mail from 100bestbuy.com sales team.On it behalf I have already mailed and inform to 100best buy service support team for order are canceled, so please refund my online paid money, but as per according them payment are not received please check this same to your net bank. on it's behalf my YES BANK support team take immediate action and confirm me on mail payment are debit and received by 100 bestbuy.com, after that I update same to 100bestbuy.com but they are given irresponsible response and not any action for return my money so please do needful and refund my paid money or placed order, I have so mentally harsh by this 100bestbuy service/support/sales team Your sincerely Pradeep Singh Rawat Was this information helpful? | |||

I have already connected with your service team, I have also mailed many time on service team but his irresponsible behavior and support, i am not getting proper solution or my money till date, do needful your end and take seriously this issue, I have also make many call this mention number but not getting satisfactory answer and service support. I have so mentally harsh by your service/sales/support team and no interest or extra time exercise, please refund my money or arrange cancel placed order or to be ready for legal action by consumer court, they are fully support to me.

this is the reality, this company is fraud and make scheme to cheating for customer

I was one of those people cheated by 100BestBuy.com. If you feel you are cheated by 100BestBuy.com or they lied to you or they are not entertaining you anymore like in my case, you can visit iShout (http://www.ishout.co.in). You can find contact information on their website.
iShout helps you with everything you need, all the paperwork etc. with a very nominal fees. They will help you to register a case against these cheaters at your nearest Consumer Court.
You can definitely get justice by going to the Consumer Court. It's your right.
