Sir,
I had ordered a product on this website on 10th May 2014, I havent received the product nor the tracking number which was suppose to be sent within 24 hours. I keep calling on the customer care no which never responds. I have already paid for the product and I need a refund. Reporting a complaint against this website making false claims, taking the money from the consumer and not delivering the product.
Product yet not Delivered on 5th July after many mails and calls to customer care, there is almost 2 months passed

Directly not answered me but http://www.akosha.com/ solved my problem thanks to them and if you want to submit complaint properly go to http://pgportal.gov.in/ and lodge your complaint
