100Bestbuy.com — Product not received / money not refunded | |||
This is balaji, from hyderabad. I have ordered goods from 100bestbuy.com may a times, and when comes to my last transaction its around 7999/- with the product naming "datawind ubisurfer 9 netbook (White)" was delivered where the actual product ordered was "ambrane mini laptop lp-7" and also the order was cancelled before delivery. The customer support team has assured me that the amount will be refunded in to the bank as i have cancelled the order. Instead of cancelling the order they have sent a worng product which was not at all ordered by me. The prodect is sent back to the same address the next day after the delivery and the acknowlwdgement is taken from the company that the product is received at their end. A complaint is registered regarding this with 100bestbuy.com in 2013 and its almost around 6 months and there is no response from the team of 100bestbuy. Order no. 12877088 Reference no. 26758359 And the dtdc tracking no. Of the item sent back is v14769478 No customer care executive is responding and processing this request in a correct manner. I find no response from your end (even if I mailed you several times and called you almost around 30 times) until a complaint is registered at https://www.consumercomplaints.in
I am totally dissatisfied with your service.
I have spent Rs.400 for returning your wrong delivery back to Delhi. Why should I spend money on my calls and all the other things for the mistake done by you.
Kindly solve this issue ASAP.

Also the device is not working.
Also the box doesn't contain the warrenty card, bill, user manual.
The device is not ordered by me. And the issue started with the payment of 7999 for participating in a mobile contest.
The thing is, I have cancelled the order which the person from 100bestbuy asked me to do with in 5 min of the payment.
A conformation of that is done. But its still not getting cleared and these unwanted waste material are delivered.
Also the cost of the device is mentioned as 3997 where the payment done was 7999.
How and what is this thing happening to me.
I am not going to tolerate this any more.
If i am not going to get the money refunded as cash or check in my account. I am seriously going to file a case against 100bestbuy.
Make this as an order from the customer and do the thing which needs to be done properly.
