100Bestbuy.com — Received a wrong very cheap product | |||
Order id: 33530261, delivered date: 07-jan-2015, tracking code: [protected] I have ordered for two sari's which i received on 07 january 2015 by courier. I initially placed an order and after seeing that the postage was around cancelled the order. A person from customer care called me and told me that they will be reducing the freight charge and they will be giving a gift voucher for rs. 400/-. I went ahead with the order and received two sari's. I opened the pack and found sari's that i didn't order with a different brand and totally strange colours. It is cheap sari's that does not even cost half the amount that i paid. I tried calling customer service for two days and received only recoded message to write in. I have i have emailed a few time and i called customer service a few times with great difficulty and i was told they will do a reverse pickup in a few days. An e mail was also sent regarding this. I called them so many time and e mailed them but of no avail. I am in a fix. I haven't come across such callousness from a company that takes people money and gives us a cheap product and the customer has to go begging for their fault. Will somebody help me in this matter or should i go to the consumer court to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have posted this complaint on February 06.2015 and the company has not bothered to contact me, take back the product and refund my money. What to do. I think they are the worst every company possible.
