100Bestbuy.com — Regarding payment

Dear sir/madam, I had buy shoes from 100bestbuy.com in diwali vacation what i order they send me one size down after that i call them they told me to send to there address and they also told me (Mr pradeep) that they will refund amount of courier charge. We send on them on 8th november 2014 by maruti courier. Then they send me other shoes which was very cheap then wht i order again i call them they told me that by mistake they have send that so they told us to send it again i return through maruti courier on 4th dec 2014. Still they have not send after i had mail twice and even i call them many times they say to do mail.
