100bestbuy is a complete fraud company. They are big time cheaters and should be banned for life.

The customer service is worst among all the shopping websites and some scoundrels operate their customer service, they do not know anything, can not answer any query.

I have placed one order, My order details are as follows :

reference number : 28172695,
order no : 13390716

Immediately after placing the order the order details are vanished from my account, I can not track the order and money is also been deducted from my bank. These bloody company should have been dragged to court and banned for life.

A bunch of cheaters are involved with this company and fraud people in the name of their [censored]ing contest.

i have already uploaded you a picture of the items received. Which has all the details.
I am really unhappy with what has happened. And expect this issue to be resolved at the earliest.
I don't think i should return the item back until my money is re-funded or i get the correct product.
As the wrong product shipped to me is the only proof available with me that as a customer by request was not met

Since your last comment i have not got any more updates on the pick up of the wrongly shipped product to me. Its almost a month that my problem is un resolved.I am fed up calling the customer care as i never get the calls received.
As per your earlier requests i have uploaded all details and the pictures of the wrong product.
As a customer i demand the right product shipped or my money re-funded.
100 best buy is a well known site and you are breaking the trust we customers have with the site.
