[Resolved]  1st India Packers And Movers — delay in delivery of transported goods

Dear sir, i have sent my sofa from Gurgaon to chennai on 12th december in first india packers and movers company. they said it will reach in 20 days. it has been 2 and half months now but it didnt reach chennai. They are saying that by mistake it went to Andaman and all idiotic reasons. Their phone is also switched off always. They r not responding properly. i request you to take action and resolve the issue at the earliest.
