Many times contacted to them through email & telephone[protected] but no response from them,
My order no.[protected] dated : 23/03/2016,
Approx 4 months back, talked to one of the telephone operator, he has given me the complaint no.0141 dated:10/06/16

He told me that refund will be done within 90 days after submitting complaint but till today no refund received.

This is my first bad expeerience about online shopping
