I have place an order on 22nd March through PAYTM wallet..for Milk subscription through Paytm Transaction ID: [protected] for vaule Rs 1836..I have not received any order ID, sms or phone calls. When I called to service no they said it will start from 3rd April and I got the mail also regarding the same without any order id.. But Delivery didn't started.. On 5th April I spoke with your Mr. Sourabh available at the customer service number to cancel the order and refund the amount and on the same day I have sent my first mail for Cancellation to you cs support email id...Since then I have called more than 20 times and spoke with Mr, Saurabh, Mr. Santosh, Mr. Prateek, Mr Arun and many more customer service executive.. Everyone from 6th April till now is saying that you order will get cancelled and you will get refund within 7-9 working days..Its more than 25 day since I place the cancellation my order didn't got cancelled nor I get the refund.. I have asked to escalate to next level and share the escalation matrix. They have not done anything and not helped me.. They only said that its management committee you decide the cancellation and refund and they can share there no and will not escalate neither share the escalation matrix.. It more than one month from the day I have placed the order and money debited from my account..Why my refund is not happening ? Why your call center people are helpless.. Why I am not getting any replies to mail that I am sending? Why your customer service team is bluffing? Is there any system and process to support the custome? It seems I have been cheated by you people...
Please refund my money to PAYTM wallet at the earliest..

I have placed an order for milk delivery on 13Apr16 under Order#[protected] . the payment was debited to my PAYTM account on the same day.
Till date the status is showing PROCESSING and no milk has been delivered until now.
when i called their customer care number mentioned, that number seems to be out of service.
I am CHEATED by these guys.
Please help refund my Rs.1080 debited by you guys immediately
i am also placed an order for monthly milk subscription on 29apr2016, order no.[protected], paid 1404 Rs, they mentioned delivery should start from 1st may, but they didn't, their customer care numbers are not working, i am also thinking that they cheted me, kindly refund my money
