Dear sir/madam,
My complaint is regarding a milk order i had made on 24x7fresh.in. the details are as follows:
1. i ordered amul full cream milk order number[protected] on 24th january 2016. the order value was rs. 1944 which was paid using payu vide transaction id:[protected]. it was assumed that the milk (1.5 lt) will be delivered from 1st february 2016 at our door step.
2. however, we received no milk on given date i. e. 1st february 2016. also there was no information from company that when the milk will be delivered. i received a mail from the company on 5th feb that the milk delivery will start on 5th feb for next 30 days. the mail also stated that the area supervisor will contact before starting the delivery. however, no-one contacted us in this regard.
3. meanwhile, i received a sms from 24x7fresh.in to make payment for the order for which the payment had already been made via payu as per above. i wrote an email to the website ([protected]@24x7fresh.in) on 1st feb 2016 about the same indicating that the payment had already been made to them. i also wrote in the mail that the milk may be delivered as per the order. i also mentioned that their customer care number[protected] is always busy and i am not able to contact them. even their given number is always disconnected after ivr saying that they will contact me bot no replying back from them ever.
4. i never received the reply of my mail from them.
5. meanwhile, i kept on following them on their customer care number and sometimes, when i was lucky and i got through their number, the customer care executive said that they are going to start the delivery soon. somehow i got their local delivery boy number (sudhir [protected]) and he promised that he will deliver the milk soon. i got first installment of my order on 13th feb. three more deliveries on 14, 17 and 18th feb afterwards it stopped without notice.
6. i followed up with the delivery boy. he told me that there was some disruption in supply and it will start soon but all in vain.
7. i got a information mail from [protected]@24x7fresh.in on 29th feb that they have improved their service model and will restart the supply soon without any complaint from 6th march 2016. however, no supervisor/delivery boy information was given in mail.
8. the service was not started on 6th march 2016 as promised in the mail. however, the company also did not inform anything about the delivery of service/its likely timing.
9. i received a mail from [protected]@24x7fresh.in on 9th march indicating that they are trying to recovered their data and they are facing some challenges in delivery of the order. they also wrote that they will start the delivery on or before 19th march. they asked help and support at a crucial juncture and being a new start-up i thought to give them one more chance. they also promised that whosoever extends the delivery time will get six pieces of devgad/ratnagiri alphonso mangoes. they also said that helpers will also get 10% discount in next order.
10. on 18th march, we received a mail indicating that nobody should abuse the delivery boys as they have no fault in the supply system. they again asked for all the cooperation from customers. however, neither we received milk supply on 19th march nor any mangoes. we also did not receive any update from them regarding failure of their delivery of our order.
11. i followed with customer care executive on given number in may regarding the issue but they plainly told that they do not know anything about the company starting the delivery. they can not give any complaint number and they will put my request of refund to the company but can not assure anything.
12. somehow, the local delivery boy picked his mobile number and assure me to deliver the milk next day onwards. when i raised my doubts on his assurance, he made me talk to his senior who also assured about the delivery of milk.
13. i got milk on 4th may till 16th may with one break. that's how the milk was delivered for total 15 days whereas, as per order it was to be delivered for 30 consecutive days.
14. the company has cheated not only us but our neighbors also. god only knows that how many like us have been cheated by the company. it seems to be an online fraud and scam. neither any proper physical address is mentioned on their website to cntact them properly.
15. we sincerely request you to please take up our case with the company and help us to get our money back. your help will be invaluable to us.
