I had placed an order for 2 kg Toor Dal and 1 pink Nandini milk packet for 1 month daily on 30th Dec, 15. on Jan 1 I got an email from Support team that as below - Hi Patrons "Happy New Year, Your milk, fruits, vegetables and grocery delivery is not going to happen till 8th jan 2016 due to overall change in management and delivery team in Bangalore if we will fail to do from 9th jan. 2016 We will refund your money without any question. We do not want our customers Should get any Problem in future too, what they are facing now even Management don't want to go with such irregularities at any cost. We want to Give you good service for that reason we are changing the System and Management of Bangalore. We are starting one By One Zone from 5th Jan 2016 onwards, till 9th We will cover all Zones. " I have called multiple times on their customer care to check the status and spoke to Deepa Jain. Exchanged Couple of emails with Radhika (Radhika Priya ) asking for cancellation of Order and Refund. To my greatest surprise, today when I am trying to call customer service getting a message "All our executives are busy, we will call you shortly" But no one called me after that. My Order Number[protected] Order Date - 12/30/2015 Order Amount - 1, 326.00 I want my Order to be cancelled and money to be refund.
