[Resolved] 24X7Fresh.in — Milk subscription not started - 24 days passed | |||||
I subscribed for 1 litre mother dairy toned milk for 30 days. Paid subscription rs.1026.00 in advance on 27th apr 16 but delivery not started yet. After my continuous follow up and several calls there is no respond from their side and also neither they picking phone nor replying to mails. There is no option of cancellation or refund on website. Verified Support May 19, 2016 24x7Fresh.in Customer Care's response We duly apologize for not satisfying you properly and we assure you that this will not happen again. We are taking steps in order to get all the details about this delay in delivery. Because of these measures we will be able to find the root cause and then we will find a solution to it to make sure that no further delays will be made
We will start your delivery from 25th may.
