[Resolved] 24X7Fresh.in — Non-refund of advance paid for unexecuted order | |||||
Vide order no.30000107 dated 18-5-16, I had ordered for the supply of amul taza milk for 30 days @ one liter per day effective 1-6-16 (i.e. total 30 ltrs) . Required advance amount of Rs.1140/- was also remitted by me along with the order through my credit card no.[protected] (which is now replaced with new card no. [protected]) on line. Till today neither the milk has been supplied nor the amount has been refunded to me. In this connection the undersigned has sent number of emails from my email id [protected]@gmail.com to the [protected]@24x7fresh.in. however the issue still unresolved. This status continues even after my request to refund the amount due to me. In my last mail dated 26-6-16 I had categorically insisted for refund of the amount. There is no response at all from their CS number[protected] I will be grateful if you can assist me in getting the refund effected through my credit card.
