Hello, I am Amit Kumar Gupta and my wife name is Monika Gupta. We have been invited to Raghuliala Mall(Kandivali, Mumbai) for your sales promotion on last Saturday(19/12/2015). Your Company representative(Manoj Mallick, Om Lahoti, Sanjay Roy) told me about 25chutti.com and Allure Travelseva. They told me about your different products and taken me in confidence of good product and services instead of saying 4 times No from my side. By beleiving and with good faith I have taken 5 years 4N/5D package/year at cost of Rs.50000 with below terms and condition 1. I have total flexibility to move my services in any years within contract of 5 years. 2. I can take any hotel of 25chutti.com and allure travel and also affialated and tie up with them. 3. All side seen, food(breakfast and dinner), Baby care, luggage security and many more things are included in the package. 4. I can gift my holiday with charge of Rs.1000 per day by writting a letter to company. 5. 2 air ticket up and down within asia. These types of many more promises they have done. They also told me if you find anything wrong entire amount will be refunded. They also asked us to sign MOU and we said its alright. When we were going to read this MOU, they build a trust that everything is fine please sign immediately as they have to follow some other customers also. I asked my wife to sign on it with trust and faith that they are correct. Now I asked for a copy of MOU and they said it will couriered to you within a week. With trust and faith by paying amount of Rs.50000 by credit card and taken the receipt of it. I have done everything at that time with good faith and trust that they have said everything correct. On Sunday, I visited again at same place asked for MOU copy, by forcing a lot they given me xerox copy of it. The MOU terms and condition is totally different what they said. Now, I understand it was trap for my family and due to my blind trust and faith to these guys at that time I am with wrong product. Till now I have not received any services or utility of this holiday package product so request you to cancel this holiday package product for my family and refund my entire amount.
