Sir, I had booked a INDIGO flight tkt on 6 apr15, payment done but tkt not booked. I had made confirmation with cc and booked another tkt successfully. I waited for 4 days for refund of failed transaction amount. fifth day i had larged a complaint through email to [protected]@goindigo.in, [protected]@goindigo.in, [protected]@goindigo.in On 11 apr 15 I had received a call from [protected], saying we are calling from INDIGO and we have received your complaint, and you have to show your identity for refund of failed transaction money to your account. He taken my debit card no & asked OTP that we are sending to your mobile and done transaction for Rs 3000/-. After that he made his cell swithced off. I also lodge a complain after that from this no some one call me for refunding my amount he asked me my debit card no all exp date and cvv no but I didn't give it him, because for return there is never have the requirement of CVV no and Expiry date, these are only used for making a withdrawal, I think when any one lodge any complain in this particular site, some one with this no calls! so I think...They are the birds of same feather. (samajhdaro keliye ishara hi kafi hai...)
Same situation with me too, I ordered Power Bank from Ask Me Bazzar but as the Power bank was not okay in condition so I raised a complaint online, today someone from "[protected]" called me and ask me to share the bank details so they can transfer the paid amount into my account. Accidentally I was blank so I gave all the details (front and back details of my Debit card), ATM pin and also my personal details. But when I got an SMS from my bank to confirm your OTP that time I clicked. I tried to call again the same number but that number was switch off. Immediately I went to the ATM Branch and Blocked my Card. Then I called my bank customer care and asked to block my card. Fortunately nothing was happen with my bank money and I received a SMS that someone has changed my 3d secure pin for online transaction. Went to Bank Branch and re-checked and noticed no transaction was done from account. Quite feeling safe but don't know what will happen so requested new Debit Card.
[protected] - is making frauds, I have recorded their voice, if someone can catch them that would be better.
