I purchased a paid platinum package from them after getting call from their sales team, asking me to buy it will get Preferential visibility in search. But things are completely different, the paid package gets visibility on the second page after paying for it. And people who are on free listing get more visibility on the first page. What's the use after paying, you stay on the second page and free listing gets visibility on first page. Better use free listing and be happy as the response will be much better or same as paid. Worst company and customer service, rude with customers and once package is sold to you they won't care and would not even reply to emails.
