I have ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY On7 mobile through 99ONLINESALE website on[protected] with order # 7493 for Rs.6, 098/-. I was mailed that the product will be delivered in 5-7 working days from the date of order. But till now i have not received any mobile nor my amount has been not refunded. When i tried to contact the customer care through E-Mail and Telephone both are not responding and even the website is suspended. I am really confused that how to get back my refund or the ordered product. Please help and if possible take legal action against the vendor.
