Good morning, actually I am travelling from UNA bus stand to Mahre via HRTC HP67 3245. I had two 500 notes. One old one and other new one. To get the new note I spent many hours in long queues outside banks. So I gave old 500 note to bus conductor. Then conductor said they are not accepting 500 and 1000 notes from 24th nov. BUT as per india govt we can use old 500 notes while using 500 notes. Then I caled HRTC regional Manager Hamirpur contact nymber [protected], he said from transport manistry of himachal pradesh they have ordered to not to accept any old currency. This is reallly redececlus. Where public entities are not accepting GOVT decesions.
