Recently we tried to post an advertisement in times of india, mirror and maharashtra times through a package offered on releasemyad.Com. The first time i tried i was charged rs 612. However i had to book slots for another 2 months. When i tried to rebook their system gave me a price of rs 791 for the same content adding 1 more line on their own as content had just 5 lines

Now to get a clear view on this i tried to call them since two days. Thrice i was put on hold for 10-15 mins and then they hanged up. I have contacted them at least 5 times through email but as per their service stand they declined to take notice.

Then i received at least 6 of the below mails asking for a review. I dont remember in my wild dreams speaking to anyone from releasemyad.Com

Obviously i was fed up and gave a honest review.
Within seconds i received a call from releasemyad.Com [protected] a lady called koyel was on line
He didn't provided her name or the company name and started abusing me for giving a honest feedback. Never in my life i have heard a customer care executive can swear over phone to their customers. I cant even write the words she used but she all the bad vocabulary in english dictionary and finished call asking me to get up.
However i denied that invitation.

Within next 20 minutes another girl called louisa called. I told her about the previous situation she however didnt apologise and kept me asking about the issue i had with rates? Which obviously she didnt had any answer.
I insisted to talk to her manager then as anticipated i was put on a hold for another 12 minutes only to be hanged up.

My advise to fellow advertisers unless if you are so desperate to get insulted or fed up with your life or you have a lot of money to waste with too much time only then advertise with this people.

Or else forget about online convenience and advertise with paper directly.
