With great regret to inform you that, I had placed an order to EMIBAZAAR / AASSAN RETAIL PVT LTD. bearing order No.[protected] for Lenovo Laptop G-50 on 22/04/2015 and money taken from my account through ICICI Credit Card ON 24/04/2015 FULL AMOUNT WITH ADDED ICICI BANK INTEREST 13% SEPARATELY. I have received order confirmation mentioning within 7-10 days the product will be delivered at my place. But, sorry to inform you that, you have not fulfilled your business terms even after 29 days. Please tell me how your company EMIBAZAAR.COM/ AASSAN RETAIL PVT LTD. Will justify with your cheating. Almost all the days I have telephoned to their Chennai office customer Executives and they never told real date. Always they use one week time more just as parrot trained words. Now my humble request you to kindly deliver my ordered product within a single day more delay and give me correct Tracking No.. You have also cheated with reserved Tracking No.[protected] since 1 week and it is showing on Ecom Express Tracking as " pending, waiting tracking details from shipper" . Please please do not compel me to go to any kind of legal action against your company's non fulfillment of commitment and that will be make trouble to you as well to me also which I don't want. Today date : 09/06/2015, i am writing to you that, as informed by your customer executive on 20105/2015, due to ordered item not available in stock, my order has been cancelled AND SEND REFUND REQUEST with your ref.No.SR00127041 on 20/05/2015 at 12.30pm. But, till date further no information received from your side to credit back my money taken from my ICICI Bank Credit Card more than Rs.36000/- and for which ICICI sending statement to deposit my monthly instalment with interest. Now the fact is I have not received my money with interest. More and more since one week the only one contact No.showing in your all website [protected] is "TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE" .
