Iam writing this with an hope that this matter will be taken to the task with proper action . A very sad state of our Government where in our Government is talking about Digital India and make in India but our Government Institutes such as AIIMS, Patna is storing all Bihar citizenHealth data on US servers . AIIMS PAtna is creating all its Registration data and Clinical finding data with all Doctors reports and findings in Electronic heath Record software EVOLKO which is web based and storage of all Data is done in US server. This infact is a very alarming situation that our Bihar Region citizen demographic and Disease data is going on US land which can be used by US to do research and can impact very badly our country India and our region BIHAR .
Legally also our Health data cannot be given to any country outside as it can bring our country in really distress position . Other country can use our data and can bring in conclusion for our Region BIHAR, its epidemics and can publish the data which is bad for Our Bihar region and for our country .

I would appreciate if the same can be bring to Govt. attantion by media publications so that timely action can be taken to avoid a sorry state .

I hope the same should be taken in positive manner and as a professional and citizen of this country I have stated this fact.
