dear sir /madam this is to bring you to notice that a construction held in panchshil vihar area block number a-3 there is an illegal construction in unauthorised area on the 4th floor the builder build up a 2 room set that is illegal and that is a common terrace .there is nobody allowed on the terrace .how could builder do with all the residents of A-3 PANCHSHIL VIHAR
