Hi this is sandeep, at 18th Feb 2016 i was booked bus ticket from bengalore to Dandeli from abhibus website through but seat not confirmed transaction got failed but you had debited my 500 Rs money still not credited amount so can you please look into that, i am attached bank transaction also .

I booked ticket from bangalore to moodbidri on date 1/12/2015 but when i logon my abhibus account i cannot view my ticket
