Abhibus.com — Money Transacted but ticket not booked then asked for refund, no response

I have booked ticket, amount transacted and ticket was not booked. I asked for cancellation and refund of my money, One of your customer care executive told us that it will be credited in 4 or 5 business days. But, still it is not... I have a good brand image over Abhi bus... But caring about customers... how far? Here I am attaching screen shot of what message i got after transaction...
