My name is Vijay Shankar Patil, I had booked ticket through Abhibus.com for 17 Aug. 2014, When I reached at boarding place at Suryakiran Hotel, Lalchowki, Kalyan (w), I come to know after long time waited that bus was get cancelled. I am not getting intimated about Bus cancellation. But no online option for refund money except customer care no. [protected], but that also always busy. Now I have to refund my all money back. I have never seen such a USELESS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, which charging 1 rupee 20 paise per minute, you have to wait 3 minutes or more to wait in queue. After 3 minutes call automatically disconnected. I have called many times on this no. [protected], But still no response nor they are not giving any email reply. Its waist thing, no SERVICE then also FULL CHARGING. I want my full money refund.
