Abhiraj Constructions — Worst ever builder and worst constructions

We are flat owners association from brigu apartments located in godhavari nagar, urapakkam constructed by abhiraj constructions.

We are also one of the victims to buy a flat from shankar subramanian. From the day one onwards we are facing a hell lot of issues and we had a series of association meeting with him for the past 6 months. And finally we planned to go in legal and filed a case against him as well in the state consumer court. I will furnish the issues in the apartment below for your reference.

1. As per the approved building plan only 8 + 1 car parking’s are allowed. But mr. Shankar subramanian sold 13 car parking’s and he is not accepting his mistake as well. He very well knows that the flats can’t be sold without covered car parking. So he is acting fraudulent and trying to cheat the customers and get money for the car parking.
2. Wooden stair case for the entire building
3. Sewage tank issue : as of now we are having only 10 families staying in the apartment and for every 20 days we are cleaning the sewage tank. The septic tank constructed was not even enough for 4 families. We requested him to build a new one as the already constructed one was not up to the government standards. But mr. Shankar subramanian is not accepting that and he is expecting us to spend money to construct the new sewage tank.
4. Cracks in the building : not even completing an year we are seeing almost lot of cracks in the building. But mr. Shankar subramanian is not willing to look into those issue as well.
5. Lift : the lift in our apartment is not fully functional as mr. Shankar subramanian was not paid the full settlement to the lift agency. So they are not willing to look into the complaints.
6. Plumbing and electrical works : one of the worst plumbing and electrical works we have ever saw. If we setup a water heater in one flat then there will be a water leakage in the adjacent flat. No proper electrical works and painting works.

So we lodge a complaint against him the state consumer court to get justice. Mr. Shankar subramanian is thinking that as a middle class family we are not able to afford to run a case. We need to break that mentality and we are in position to save others so that they won’t buy a flat in abhiraj constructions forever.

In our flats out 16 apartments 3 remains unsold. We have kept a banner in our apartment with case details and our intention is to save other families from mr. Shankar subramanian. For that mr. Shankar subramanian had sent a legal notice to all o[censored]s to remove the banner as he was not able to sell those three flats. We are planning to approach that legally as well.
