Dear sir/madame, abm infotech and solution has taken my laptop for servicing on the 10th feb 2016, they did not return the laptop after servicing on time as specified in the attached document. I kept calling several representatives from abm infotech and they kept asking for more money to fix, so inr 10000 was transferred to their account on 08/04, they commit a delivery time and this has been 12th instance of them not responding, i have given up making std calls waiting 30 minutes on hold speaking to number of people about the situation. I have spoken to 4 different customer care executives at abm infotech and the md- azhagarasan, the response is nil. This is despite me explain that i need the laptop before the 15th april as i had all my new born baby pictures. I am mentally disturbed by the act of callousness.
