Hello, Good Morning I was selected in Accenture and got offer letter on 13 July 2014 and my joining date 28 August. I left my previous company for joining Accenture. I go Accenture for joining and I completed most of the formalities but suddenly hot call from HR Praveen Kumar and he said that my BGV check is pending so that my joining is on hold. Now, I have not any job and my job is very important for my family support. And on my on boarding day, HR person told my background check has red status so that company cannot completed my joining. In that situation what I do. I swear that I was worked for 10 months in Name E commerce Pvt. Ltd. But only thing is that my company is closed, in that case what my fault is. I joined small organization, Is this my mistake?? I never shared wrong/false information with Accenture. As HR person confirmed me that my company check is confirmed, only my employment check is pending. I gave all the docs from previous company like offer letter, experience letter, bank statement and check copies. Company name is mentioned in checks and these checks credit in my account, it means I was worked for company and got salary in checks. Then how you are saying that my employment check is not cleared. On Thursday 28 August, HR person confirmed me that he will update about my background check status on Monday 1 September but on Monday, due to some unavailability of concern person no status is updated. This type of discussion creates confusion in my mind. I am very much excited to work in Accenture but your process throw in dark side. If Accenture cancel my offer, where I go ? What I do ? I am in big trouble. I just want explained my situation. If you need any explanation, please let me know.
