Horrible experience i have ever faced.Took connection in name of Spectracular net (Ace cable internet).Paid Rs.750 for activation and Rs.1350 for unlimited 2Mbps(no bill was provided) but never reached that speed. The technician is busy al the time and least bother to resolve the issue.Half the time it was limited connectivity.From the last 10days there is no net connection but its showing in my billing cycle.

ace cable internet taking money of 2 mbps speed but they u providing only 200 kbps downloading .although they have no customer care no. and all only local cable agent collecting money and abt this he is telling that this speed is called 2 mbps.i have no option otherthan this that why they are making us fool.
