Ace Group — Delay in possession | |||
This builder every month says the possession will happen next month. I bought 1 bhk flat in march, 2014 and till now in may, 2016 they saying next month.They fool clients by saying they are doing quality work. But the apartment is at par with others infact the neighbourhood apartments are far better than ace group. They took service tax money two years before and when somebody ask for penalty payment, they say during possession. Fake builder, false promises.. Totally annoyed. Was this information helpful? | |||

I came across this complaint, and I think you have a strong case on merits. Would it be possible for you to share all the details such as the date on which property was booked, the amount that was paid, and the date on which the possession was supposed to be handed over but was not handed over to you.
