Hello Sir I am Shubham .I have acer Notebook the Model number isV[protected]c4G50Mass and the serial Numer is NXM1JSI01530105F0D6600. The problem is battry Backup the company give the backup 4:30 Hr but now the backup is 1:30 Hr. I contact your customer care but they dn’t give the positive reponse. . I want to replace my battery . So please I request to solve my problem as soon as possible. Thanks
