I have called up Acer customer care toll free number [protected] at 12.43 hrs on 6/June/14. Male Call centre representative did not let me explain my complain & used abusvie language & disconnected call.Call would be in their recording system & details of representative would be reflective & traceable.
Had called up again to lodge complain against the customer care representative but his colleague Sarabjit & team leader Manish did not let me forward my complain.
I would like register my complain against the call center employee & bring it to Acer's notice that while associating themselves with such low level of customer care 'am sure it will impact their business & sales.
I will certainly not advice anyone to buy Acer product since it is a huge issue & time consuming process to register a product complain at their customer care especially if your product is within warranty period. Was this information helpful? |
