Acer India — acer laptop battery critically discharged during servicing at Patna service centre

I had a problem in LCD of my laptop V 121 model. Since it was in warranty period gave for repairing at Patna SP verma road service centre. They took 50 days to repair my LCD and when I took it back the battery was critically discharged. When I approached they told since now it is not under warranty period I need to purchase battery. It was ACER fault did not charge the battery during servicing, took 50 days to repair so critically discharged.

Never waste your money by buying Acer Laptop. Service is very very bad. They don't accept their fault. Acer only knows how to torture their customer.
I am thankful to Acer specially to Mr.Himanshu, Acer service head, Bihar for understanding my problem and solving it.
