I purchased washing machine from Flipkart and after the installation the washing machine worked fine but after 4th day o[censored]se its making huge noise in spin function and no one responded correctly instead they are begging for to give 5star rating for the product.

I need new one to replace the old.

We bought an ACER 43 inch UD PRO TV on 19th Nov 2023 and worked till 26th Dec 2023. A technician visited and identified as board fault. Logged a complaint for warranty replacement request(No: TAM[protected]. There were multiple follow ups on emaail which is of no use. The customer representative who picked up the call is only keen on consoling and to cut the call. Fake promises are made saying that a service engineer will call you shortly....

I have booked complaint in acer india on 30/12/2023 for "no display" complain in my new laptop A715-76G (purchased on 07/10/23) and has been given case ID 5466921i.But next day the case status showing "migrated" in acer site. I sent an email to acer customer care as none is attending my laptop and as a result a new caseID M5466921C was given. I have bought acer laptop in June 2022, and within one year i had display issue, next motherboard issue within sort time. Then i have fought with company many times and i replaced with the new laptop in Feb 2023.
Now the new laptop also within one year display issue is started, I have contacted the team to solve then i have discussed with them, then they suggested me to buy an Extended warranty have bought my warranty extension also....

I brought it when it newly launched (6 months ago) i realised now that they been selling faulty product to work like 5-6 months to end their warrenty duration and not sell a reliable product,
Mine had issues with mother board which i had issued a Warrenty claim process which is already past it's promised repair time and they replied with not having spare part of it in their warehouse i complained multiple times still the same...

I purchased acer I series google tv on 15th july from Amazon after using it for two months tv screen started blinking and automatically turned off. It happened for few days later I contacted acer support team after checking the technician said the motherboard would be replaced and it would take 10 days for this process however they took almost a month when they replaced the part my google tv turned to Android tv with less RAM and storage....

I want to sugest everybody that kindly dont purchase acer tv becouse its customer support system is very poor .Once you fecing problum no budy help you. They just sell you and forget.Even you cant find any help for instalation too....

SR NO. ASS[protected] Installation person demanded 1500/ for wall mounting 50 inch tv instead of 499/-. and did not install tv . And company messaged me that your SR has been resolved. Very bad installation service indeed. Pl. resolve immediately....

Since 23rd September the TV is not working no response from customer team. Customer team always forwarding the matter to 7 days
