Acer India — Fraud by seller | |||||
I recently bought an ACER laptop from a retail shop, THE COMPUTER STORE, Shillong. As promised by the seller (Mr. Dhruv Dutta), I should have got a free warranty of 1 year + 2 years of extended warranty after registering onsite. After bringing the laptop, when i tried registering the product, it is asking for a payment of Rs. 999. After consulting to the seller, he made a contact to Assistant Manager Sales at Acer, Mr. Subhra Lala. He also promised me to extend the warranty of my product free of charge. But till date, after several telephonic conversation no extension of the warranty has been done. I can lodge a fraud complaint against ACER taking the help of all the saved telephonic conversations between me and your sales managers but before that i thought of registering a complaint to ACER directly against this 2 persons. I have attached the invoice of my product herewith for your kind consideration.Hope to get some results out. Was this information helpful? | |||||
