Acer India — Personeel computer

We are using an acer pc as in official purpose(Uxvd9si188d4394018), which is under warrenty. We are getting continously problem on this pc regarding booting, hanging, and key board mouse issue(Not detecting)complaint ids are follows

We still not get any suitable sollution from acer team. Last complaint registerd(1556823i) not closed and no action has been taken after last two working days. Our whole work is stucke due to this problem. Pls arrange a suitable sollution
