Acer India — Replacement of monitor

I belong to SC Development Department of Kerala, India. I was supplied with an Acer Desktop system one week back through a bulk purchase by Our Director. The system was functional initially. However the monitor display do not show anything now .I called toll free numbers many times in vain. I want the monitor to be replaced at the earliest. The desktop was supplied to me on 21/05/2014. The serial No of the monitor is: MMLXNSS[protected]D04203.
