I bought ACER R14 from Hong Kong on 12/12/2015 with receipt number 012044. I am based out of Delhi and when started using it the performance is not great at all. Despite INTEL i5 processor, the processing is extremely slow
I opted for the most advanced model but performance has been disappointing
If it can't be rectified then I need a replacement
