Acer Monitor — Did not Change the Monitor OR Servicing the same | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I purchased a ACER TFT monitor from Supreme the IT Mall on 12/8/2011 which was replaced by them on 13/5/2014 due to some technical problem on the Monitor purchased on 12/8/2011. Now I am facing problem with resolution and color of the screen of the replaced Monitor. The details are given below : Monitor Purchesed On 12/08/2011 : Acer 18.5'' TFT X193HQ (SL No: 1811DC100020) Replaced Monitor on 13/05/2014 : Acer 19" V193HQV (SL No : EPLKX0W[protected]AA4303) I have send some scan copy of Purchase Bill, Buyers copy and Replacement copy of Monitor To Acersupport regarding Evidence of the Item(Attached herewith). Acer support sent me some mail attached herewith- Dear Customer, Greetings from Acer India Customer Care Center! As per the below trail mail, the case has been logged and the case id is 887182I.
