ACT Fibernet — ACT Broadband - 15 days no connection

It is almost 15 days that i have received broadband connection. One of marketing executive Biresh promished me to give connection within 3 days . This almost 15 days that i am waiting for a connection to SRIGURU PRATHAM a Apartment near JCR layout of PANATHUR, Bangalore . Please install this new connection ASAP. Regards, Santosh
