[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Fake internet speed they are offering

have tried to contact the customer care from past two days but every time it is engaging.I dont know are they intentionally kept a phone a side.I am not getting the actual internet speed which they are offering me (10 mbps). Yesterday i was not able to watch a low stream video.
