I have ordered a new connection on 15th may i. E. 2 weeks back on act broadband through live official chat on website. I have inquired whether the connection in my area is available or not. They confirmed me its available and promised me to provide the connection in 2 days, believing the i have disconnected my current connection which is a long hectic process to reconnect. They haven't contacted me since then. So i again contacted them on live chat after few days. They least cared about previous request and again registered for a new connection & promised again to provide connection in my area. I waited for their call and had chat with them yesterday. They denied providing me the connection in my area saying local cable operator is not allowing. I was shocked to know when i ordered connection on act, why should i take permission at local service provider. They should provide the needed for local service provider for connection as they promised to the customer. I requested d same to the executive and he replied that he would pass on to higher executives and contact me again. They ignored d customer again, so i called them and spoke with their representative, again he repeated the same regarding local operator not providing. Over d top he's forcing me to accept that act representative contacted me on may 19th. I can open debate.. They didn't even call me a single time. Am asking a simple question. When they know there is a local service provider issue, why they kept me waiting 10 days and promised me. I have disconnected my connection and there is loss of work. I insist its act responsibility to provide the needed for local service provider or why advertise on tv when they cannot fulfill promises and waste customer time. Was this information helpful? |
