ACT Fibernet — 100gb data exhausted within 15 days | |||
User account 11633702 I switched to act fibernet around 4 months back the very first month i started on 50gb plan but within couple of weeks act mentioned that i have exceeded the limit so i upgraded to 100gb... Now even with 100gb last month and for the current month act has slowed my internet speed with 15 days of both months claiming that i have exceeded the limit... I spoke to representatives many times last month and this month but they are not helping me in any way, they said that their technical team will get in touch but that never happened... This is a very frustrating situation. I know for sure that i couldn't possibly use the whole 100 gb within 15 days because i have been living abroad for the past 8 years and i had the same 100 gb limit and never once have i exceeded the download limit and my usage here in india is very less compared to my usage abroad. Either the system in act fibernet is flawed or they are trying to make money in very unjust way... Either way it's pathetic!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
