[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Cheated by act fibernet | |||||
Hi, I got a connection through ACT in October[protected]. The plan I took was for 12 months, with a free 2 month usage. I changed this plan to get a free wifi router instead. On October 29th I emailed them about the status of this router installation. Since then and till now, NO ONE from ACT has contacted me regarding the router. It has been a month now, and they have taken Rs. 14000 from me without providing the wifi router. The customer service of this company is the worst I have ever seen and really really incompetent. They do NOTHING other than apologizing and just take your money. I want to cancel my contract with them and get my money back. I will never use their service again.
